Sterling Long

Sterling Long has extensive experience in operations and logistics, having served as an Area Manager at Amazon Logistics where responsibilities included leading teams, managing schedules, training employees, and ensuring standard work compliance. Prior roles at the US Army included various managerial positions focused on logistics, administration, and operations, culminating in a Senior Program Manager role. Sterling Long participated in the Hiring Our Heroes Corporate Fellowship Program, which facilitates the transition of service members into civilian careers. Educationally, Sterling Long holds a Bachelor of Professional Studies in Business Administration and Management from Excelsior College, as well as training from The NCO Leadership Center of Excellence and Sergeants Major Academy.
