Steve Glasgow is the Director and Associate General Counsel at Amazon, overseeing Legal for the company's US Fashion, Sports & Outdoors, and Consumer Electronics businesses. They lead a talented team of lawyers supporting various retail categories and innovative tech organizations, including those focused on generative AI and augmented reality. Prior to Amazon, they worked at Perkins Coie LLP from 2004 to 2014, where they specialized in venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance, representing a diverse range of clients and guiding them through over 100 strategic transactions. Steve holds a BS in Business Management from Brigham Young University and a JD from the University of Chicago Law School. Additionally, they were recognized as one of the "Rising Stars of Washington Law" by Washington Law & Politics in 2009 and 2013.
