Steve Walter

Steve Walter is a global human resource executive currently serving as VP, HR/PXT for Amazon's APAC, MENA, and LATAM Operations and Worldwide Customer Service. With extensive experience in strategy, talent acquisition, and leadership development, they have successfully led organizations through challenging circumstances such as downsizing and cultural transformation. Previously, Walter held senior HR positions at companies including WABCO, Ingersoll Rand, and Terex Corporation, and served as Dean of the School of Business & Industry at Davenport College.
