Steve Webster, MSc, CMgr FCMI, MIET, is currently the Head of Design and Construction for Amazon Middle Mile’s Global Engineering Services. With extensive experience leading engineering programs across Europe, Africa, Asia, the Middle East, and North America, they focus on driving quality and value engineering within a diverse portfolio. Previously, Steve served as an Engineer Staff Officer in the British Army from 1996 to 2020, supporting military engineering efforts and managing personnel. They hold a Master's degree from Leeds Beckett University, earned between 2014 and 2016.
