Steven Dong

Senior UX Researcher - Human Factors

Steven Dong has extensive experience in human factors and user experience research, with a notable tenure as a Senior Human Factors Engineer at Microsoft from March 2020 to March 2023, where pioneering work involved the integration of physiological monitoring methods with user studies to assess various aspects of user engagement and experience. Dong established and led the neuroergonomic research function within the Microsoft Human Factors Center of Excellence and contributed significantly to internal knowledge management systems as a User Research Specialist. Previous positions include Usability Engineering Intern at Dell, UI/UX design and marketing intern at Citydomo, and Research Intern at Ratlab LLC, among others.
