Steven Hatch

Steven Hatch is an accomplished engineering leader currently serving as the Head of Engineering for Generative AI at Amazon. With extensive experience at Audible and Amazon, they have successfully managed software development teams, led product innovations, and contributed to significant improvements in customer engagement and product discovery. Steven's previous roles included overseeing the development of an E-commerce platform and launching critical services within the AWS ecosystem. They also co-founded Onclave, Inc., where they developed a community portal framework, and possess a strong educational background in Computer Science from Rutgers University.
