With over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, their expertise spans consumer and commercial banking, risk management, and credit policy development. Previously, Steven held roles at Citi and Barclaycard, where they managed significant credit portfolios and refined risk strategies. Outside of work, Steven engages in volunteer activities with The Running Charity and is an avid long-distance runner, having completed over 100 marathons. They hold a Bachelor's degree in International Management and a Fulbright Scholarship in International Business.
