Steven Williams possesses extensive experience in loss prevention and security management, having held key positions in various organizations. Starting as a Loss Prevention Manager at Sears Holdings Corporation, Steven advanced to Multi-Unit Loss Prevention Manager during a tenure that lasted from October 2007 to July 2012. Following this, Steven served as an Asset Protection Executive at Macy's from August 2013 to April 2015, before transitioning to an Area Loss Prevention Manager role at Ross Stores, Inc. from April 2015 to April 2021. Afterward, Steven worked as a Senior Security Manager on the Amazon contract for TorchStone Global from April 2021 to May 2025. Currently, Steven holds the position of Area Security Manager at Amazon since May 2025.
