Stirling McLaren, MBA, MHR, is an HR Business Partner with extensive experience in HR strategy, training development, and employee experience. They held positions at Jamberry, where they managed employee benefits and led new hire orientations, and at USAA, where they developed employee listening strategies and coordinated talent management processes.
