Stuart Morgan

Stuart Morgan has extensive experience in strategic human resource management and operational leadership, particularly within high-stakes environments. At Amazon from January 2020 to September 2023, Stuart served as Director, Strategic HR Business Partner for Amazon Logistics EU and held roles as Director of People Experience and Technology for UK Customer Fulfilment and Regional Operations Director. Prior experience includes positions at the British Army as Senior Manager Recruit Training, where Stuart managed recruitment and training for over 500 recruits annually, and as Operations Officer for the UK Ministry of Defence, overseeing operational tasks at the UK operations center. Additionally, Stuart worked as a Senior Military Analyst at Dstl, providing military advice for Special Force research projects. Stuart holds an MBA in Strategy, Strategic Human Resource Management, and Organisational Improvement from The Open University and is an alumnus of the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst.
