Subodh Pande is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in security, compliance, and operations management across various sectors. With a military background as a Major in the Indian Army, Subodh led teams in challenging environments while overseeing artillery operations. Later roles at Amazon included positions such as Regional Safety & Security Manager, Sr Manager for Transportation Compliance, and Head of Global Trade Risk, where Subodh developed and executed comprehensive compliance strategies for logistics and supply chain security on a global scale. Additional experience includes loss prevention management at Aamby Valley City and key account management at Wipro Consumer Care and Lighting. Subodh holds a B.E. in Civil Engineering from Nagpur University and has completed a Management Development Program at the Management Development Institute, Gurgaon, along with a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from KPMG.
