Suchandra Basu

Suchandra Basu has extensive experience in operations and customer service management across various industries. Suchandra worked at Apollo DKV Insurance Limited from December 2007 to December 2011 in different managerial roles, focusing on operations, customer service, vendor management, and claims management. Prior experience includes a role as Relationship Manager for SMEs at ICICI Lombard from November 2005 to June 2007, responsible for new business acquisition and client servicing. From July 2017 to January 2018, Suchandra held multiple positions at Amazon, including Interim Operations Manager and Senior Program Manager, where a team of over 270 was managed, leading significant metrics improvements and operational efficiencies.
