Sumati Kaushik

Sumati Kaushik has over a decade of experience in human resources and talent management, holding key positions at leading companies. At Amazon, from September 2017 to March 2020, Sumati served as a Senior Human Resources Manager and was involved in HR Talent Management Programs as a Career Ambassador. Prior to Amazon, Sumati spent nearly nine years at Dell EMC in various roles, including Consultant in the Global Talent and Culture Center of Excellence and Site Head for Learning and Organizational Development. Earlier experience includes a brief tenure as a Senior Consultant for the Infosys Leadership System at Infosys and as a Consultant focused on Learning and Organizational Development at Dell. Sumati holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Development Management from the University of Mumbai.
