Sumedha Bakhshi

Sumedha Bakhshi currently serves as the Diversity Equity and Inclusion Leader at Amazon since October 2024. Prior experience includes significant roles in talent development and training at companies such as Dell, Aon, and Samsung Electronics, where responsibilities spanned organizational development, employee engagement, and managerial training initiatives.
