Sundip Kadam has extensive experience in software development and engineering management, having held key positions at Microsoft India R&D Ltd and Microsoft from 2008 to 2019, where they progressed from Senior Development Manager to Senior Software Engineering Manager. Prior to that, Sundip worked as a Software Engineer at ICIL and as a Senior Software Engineer specializing in interfaces at Mantis Technology in New York. Currently, Sundip leads engineering efforts at Amazon since 2019. Sundip completed a Bachelor of Engineering at the University of Pune and holds a diploma from Shri Bhagubhai Mafatlal Polytechnic, while also pursuing a program in Developing Strategic Mindset at the Indian School of Business.
