Suraj Reddy is a professional with experience in business development and human resources, having held several key roles in various organizations. Suraj began as a Management Intern in Finance at NaviRisk Consulting and simultaneously completed a Management Internship in HR at PredInt. A Business Development Internship at Wizklub Learning Pvt Limited followed. Most recently, Suraj worked at Amazon as a People Data & Process Analyst, where significant contributions included building automation templates and macros that improved HR processing efficiency by over 40%. Suraj holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from New Horizon College of Engineering and a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and HR from CMR Institute Of Technology.
