Susan Pointer

Susan D. Pointer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in international public policy and government affairs, currently serving as Vice President at Amazon for the EMEA and APAC regions since July 2018. Prior to Amazon, Susan held the position of Senior Director and Regional Lead for Public Policy and Government Relations at Google, managing various regions including Asia Pacific and EMEA. Susan's career includes significant roles at Amazon.com, the Confederation of British Industry, the European Parliament, and the UK House of Commons, demonstrating expertise in policy advocacy and industry representation. Susan is also an active member in numerous industry organizations and holds a First Class Honours degree in European Union Studies from the University of Bath.
