Sushant Gupta has significant experience in business analysis and operations management, particularly within Amazon, where responsibilities included leading a team of 17 Fraud Risk Investigators and conducting root cause analyses to ensure safe transactions across various English marketplaces. Prior to this role, Sushant served as a Business Analyst at Amazon and played a key role as an Executive Member and Co-Coordinator for the Analytics & Systems Club at IIM Raipur, organizing an annual analytics symposium.
