Swwati De, MBA, CPHR, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner II at Amazon since November 2019, previously holding roles such as Human Resources Business Partner and Senior HRA. Prior to Amazon, Swwati worked at Nestlé Waters as a Human Resources Generalist and at Express Employment Professionals as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
