Tanner Mathison

Tanner Mathison is currently a Corporate Counsel specializing in AI at Amazon and serves as an Adjunct Professor of Law at The George Washington University Law School, focusing on Artificial Intelligence Law and Policy. Previously, they worked as the Chief Information Officer at the Office of Inspector General for the CIA and served as Associate Counsel at the Office of the Director of National Intelligence. Tanner began their legal career as an Associate at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP. They hold a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and a B.A. in Government from Dartmouth College, along with a Master's degree in Data Science from the National Intelligence University.
