Tara Phillips

Tara Phillips is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in business development, equity research, and strategic finance. Starting as a Research Assistant at Therapyx Inc from May 2013 to August 2015, Tara progressed to roles at Citi as an Equity Research Senior Associate and at Delek US Holdings, Inc. as a Senior Analyst in Strategy & Business Development. From September 2020 to May 2022, Tara served as Business Development Manager at BCP Group P&O Clinics and transitioned to a Strategic Finance Manager role at OneOncology until June 2024. Currently, Tara holds the position of Senior Program Manager at Amazon since June 2024.
