Tarah Carpenter

Tarah (Hardy) Carpenter is an experienced recruiting manager currently leading a team of sourcing and full life cycle technical recruiters for Amazon's Robotics organization since June 2022. Previously, Tarah held various recruiting management roles at Amazon, including overseeing hiring for the Alexa organization and Ring, and served as a Senior Lead Technical Recruiter for AWS and Devices. Tarah's recruitment expertise spans across multiple sectors, with a strong background in technical recruitment initiated at TEKsystems. Tarah holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing/Management from the University of Nevada Las Vegas Lee Business School.
