Tawanda (Topa) M. is a certified finance and strategy executive with over a decade of experience specializing in business turnarounds, mergers and acquisitions, and financial management. They served as the Head of Finance and CFO at CAPS Pharmaceuticals, AB Communications, and Intarget Mobile, where they were responsible for financial leadership and strategic initiatives. Currently, Tawanda works as a POM at Amazon and serves as a Director at Topatrust Consulting, utilizing expertise gained from various high-profile projects. They are pursuing an MBA from Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford and a Master of Advanced Management from Yale School of Management.
