Taylor Stahl has held various leadership roles in employee and builder relations, notably as Director of Builder Relations at AWS SMGS and Director of Employee Relations for Escalations & Investigations at Amazon. Previous positions include ER Principal for Executive Escalations & Investigations in Worldwide Operations and HR Manager for multiple states at IBM, along with roles in HR audit readiness and regional HR partnership. Taylor Stahl holds a Master of Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Pacific Lutheran University.
