Terrill Malvesti

Terrill (TJ) Malvesti is a seasoned leader currently serving as the Sr. Privacy Manager for Workplace Trust at Amazon, where they oversee global worker-data privacy and AI compliance. With a strong background in the U.S. Coast Guard, TJ held multiple commanding officer roles, directing operations and leading teams through complex challenges, including search and rescue missions and global workforce planning. They have also developed future leaders through mentorship and training initiatives. Currently, TJ is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership from Penn State University.
