Terry Russell

Terry Russell, SPHR, is a Senior Human Resources Manager at Amazon, leveraging extensive experience in directing HR functions and operations through strategic planning and management. Terry's background includes service as a Captain in the United States Air Force, where they supervised personnel and managed various HR programs. Following this, Terry held the position of Executive Team Leader at Target, where they led HR functions for a high-volume store. Terry is currently pursuing a Master’s of Science in Operations Management from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville and a Master’s Certificate in Human Resources Management from Villanova University, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from The University of Memphis.
