Thiago Menezes is an operations manager with over 13 years of experience in World Class Manufacturing (WCM) and operational excellence transformations. They have held leadership roles in multinational companies across consumer goods, automotive, food, and chemical sectors, specializing in methods, industrial processes, planning engineering, costs, and S&OP. Currently, Thiago serves as the operations manager at Amazon and has previously worked in various capacities at Mondelēz International, Whirlpool Corporation, Unilever, Saint-Gobain Sekurit, and Saint-Gobain Abrasives. Thiago holds an MBA in Project Management from Universidade de São Paulo and a Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering from UNIFBV/Wyden.
