Thomas McKeon

Thomas McKeon, PHR, SHRM-CP, is a Senior HR Manager at Amazon, where they focus on driving HR strategy and enhancing operational effectiveness for over 3,500 team members. Previously, Thomas served as the Deputy Director of the Human Resources Center of Excellence for the Navy, and held the position of National Director of Operations at Navy Recruiting Command, overseeing significant operational functions. With an MBA in Manpower Data Analysis from the Naval Postgraduate School and ongoing doctoral studies, Thomas combines extensive leadership experience in military and civilian sectors with a commitment to professional development and organizational change.
