Thyra held various roles at West Monroe and has served as Senior Manager and Manager at the Initiative for Global Development, focusing on membership programs. Currently, Thyra is the Manager of Career Choice Employee Experience and Operational Excellence at Amazon, following previous positions in compassionate care and business operations within the company. Thyra earned a Master’s in Learning & Organizational Change from Northwestern University and a BA in International Economic Relations from American University, graduating summa cum laude.
