Tim Pogar

Tim Pogar has a diverse background in recruitment, program management, and organizational leadership. Tim's early experience includes serving as a University Relations Research Assistant at the University of Puget Sound, followed by roles in employee benefits support and student government. Tim progressed to Amazon, where responsibilities spanned from recruiting for finance roles to managing program initiatives within Employee Services. Additionally, Tim held leadership positions in student organizations, including President of the National Residence Hall Honorary and Consul of the Sigma Chi Fraternity. Tim earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Puget Sound.
