Tingting Qiao

Tingting Qiao is an accomplished applied scientist with extensive experience in machine learning and data science. Currently employed as an Applied Scientist II at Amazon since February 2025, Tingting previously held positions such as Senior Data Scientist at Adyen, where the development of advanced machine learning models for fraud detection was led. Prior experience includes work at ING, focusing on ML models for financial credit risk, and research roles at Technische Universiteit Delft and the University of Sydney, where innovative models for text-to-image generation were designed. Tingting's educational background includes a PhD in Computer Science from Zhejiang University and visiting researcher positions at prestigious institutions. In addition, participation in international entrepreneurship programs and startup competitions has demonstrated leadership and teamwork skills.
