TJ Staffieri

TJ Staffieri has extensive experience in engineering, operations, and project management across multiple sectors, including military, retail, and technology. Currently serving as a Preconstruction Manager at Amazon, TJ is responsible for managing pre-construction requirements for substantial building retrofits. Previously at Amazon as a Regional Portfolio/Program Manager, TJ oversaw facility operations for over 120 locations, focusing on reliability and maintenance solutions. Other roles include leadership positions in the U.S. Navy, where TJ held various operational and training roles, including as an Operations Officer and Naval Aviation Safety Instructor. Additionally, experience includes roles at ISES and Schindler Elevator Corporation, where TJ successfully implemented budgeting plans and maintenance strategies. TJ holds an MBA in Financial Management from the Naval Postgraduate School and has a Bachelor's degree from the United States Naval Academy.
