Tom Butler

Tom Butler, MBA, Certified Blackbelt, is a Continuous Improvement Manager with a strong background in manufacturing and team development. With experience at companies such as Amazon and Woodward, they have successfully led teams in Lean production initiatives and achieved significant increases in productivity and waste reduction. Tom is currently a Building Substitute Teacher in the Harlem School District while pursuing multiple degrees at Rockford College and Colorado State University. Their expertise includes root cause analysis, process improvement, and operational excellence.
