Tommy Johns

Tommy Johns is a well-trained manufacturing and logistics operations professional, recognized for expertise in process optimization and supply chain management. Holding a Black Belt in Lean and Six Sigma, they have successfully led teams and projects both nationally and internationally. Previously, Tommy served as the Multi-Site General Manager for an orthopedic implant and instrument manufacturer and is currently the Site Leader at Amazon, overseeing the largest Middle Mile XD facility serving the Chicagoland area and southern Wisconsin. Their experience also includes roles at Sterling Jewelers, Vermeer Manufacturing, Altec, and Phillips Precision Medicraft. Tommy is pursuing a B.S. in Industrial Technology at Iowa State University while participating in the National Student Exchange program at the University of North Texas.
