Toolika Sharma possesses extensive experience in resource and inventory management across various sectors. Currently serving as a Resource Planner at Amazon since May 2022, Toolika is involved in manpower planning decisions for Fulfillment Centers. Previous roles include Sr. Manager and Manager at Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd., focusing on inventory management, demand and supply planning, and product lifecycle management. Toolika has also held management positions at Mother Dairy Fruit & Vegetable Pvt. Ltd., overseeing supply chain planning and logistics, and began a career as a Summer Intern at JSW Steel Ltd. Toolika holds a PGDM in Marketing from Balaji Institute of Modern Management and a Bachelor of Technology in Biotechnology from Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel University of Agriculture and Technology.
