Tracy Hong is the Head of Customer Experience for Amazon in Australia and Singapore, a role held since 2023. Prior to this, Tracy served as the Program Management Office Lead at Amazon from 2019 to 2023 and held various management positions within the company, including manager of the CN/JP Process Ops team. Tracy's career began at Gemalto, where they progressed from a Senior Customer Service Executive to Sales Operations Manager. Tracy earned a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management from Beijing Jiaotong University in 2006.
