As Co-Owner of Texas Food Safety Training from February 2011 to May 2015, Travis executed website design, SEO, customer relations, and developed the first cottage food handler training certification. At Sears Home Services from 2012 to November 2018, Travis advanced through roles including Knowledge Manager, where oversight of a team of thirteen Knowledge Authors was maintained, and Quality and Process Improvement Manager, where significant improvements in process compliance and data quality were achieved. Roles also included Knowledge Author/Team Lead and Lead Mechanical Tech 2. Travis further expanded knowledge management expertise at Whole Foods Market from May 2019 to June 2025 and currently serves as a Knowledge Manager at Amazon since June 2025.
