Tushar Chauhan

Tushar Chauhan currently serves as the India Head for Executive Recruitment at Amazon, where responsibility includes leading the Executive Recruitment team for Amazon across India and MENA since October 2020. Previously, Tushar was a Partner at Longhouse.in and held advisory roles at Tropolite Foods Pvt. Ltd and Triford Learning, where involvement included competency assessment projects using sports psychology. Earlier experience includes serving as an Independent Consultant for The Head Hunters India Pvt. Ltd, where focus was on leadership hiring, and co-founding Channelplay Limited, which provided Below-The-Line marketing services. Tushar's career began with roles at ICICI Lombard GIC and Torrent Pharma. Tushar holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology.
