Tushar Sharad

Tushar Sharad is a manager in the M&A practice at Amazon, where they assist Private Equity investors and portfolio companies with complex, cross-border M&A transactions and business operations improvements. Tushar has expertise across the M&A lifecycle, having advised buy-side clients on pre-deal strategies, valuations, operating model redesigns, and Day 1 readiness programs. Previously, they held roles at Deloitte and Cadence Design Systems, where Tushar managed various aspects of M&A strategy and operational improvements. Tushar is currently pursuing an M.B.A. at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and has a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from the Manipal Institute of Technology.
