Ty Wesley Cobb

Ty Wesley Cobb is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in policy, strategy, and advocacy for human rights and diversity, equity, and inclusion. Currently serving as Principal for Inclusive Experiences & Technology and Global DEI at Amazon, Cobb also contributes as a member of Kindred, a network of leaders focused on equitable business practices, and holds a position as Board Member & Development Committee Chair at AsylumWorks, a nonprofit dedicated to aiding asylum seekers in Washington, D.C. Prior roles include Senior Director at the Human Rights Campaign, where foundational leadership in corporate advocacy and global initiatives for LGBTQ rights was demonstrated. Cobb's career also encompasses legislative counsel in the U.S. Senate, advisory roles at prominent law firms, and a commitment to educational and professional excellence evidenced by degrees from The University of Texas at Austin and The University of Texas School of Law.
