Vasantharaj Bharathi

Vasantharaj Bharathi currently serves as the Head of Operations at Amazon, leading operational activities across Singapore's Core retail and Fresh/Grocery businesses since March 2019. With a strong focus on Fulfilment Operations, Transportation, Delivery, and Sustainability, Vasantharaj manages a team of over 500 professionals to enhance customer satisfaction. Prior roles at Amazon include Multi Site Leader and Head of Operational Excellence, where significant contributions were made to launch and expand Fulfilment centers. Vasantharaj co-founded Moggie, a cat care technology company, and held various positions at Procter & Gamble and Tetra Pak, achieving notable successes in supply chain operations and new product launches. Vasantharaj holds an MBA from IE Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the National University of Singapore.
