Victor Arguello

Victor Arguello is a senior operations and program leader with over 20 years of experience in scaling businesses and optimizing performance across the U.S. and Latin America. Currently at Amazon, they manage large-scale electric vehicle programs, focusing on uptime and cost efficiency across more than 200 delivery stations. Previously, Victor served as Chief Executive Officer at Café Las Flores, where they grew revenue fivefold and expanded the coffee shop chain from two to ten locations. They have also held roles at Sanveo, Inc. and operated Chevron gas stations in Nicaragua, showcasing a strong background in project management and operational leadership. Victor earned a Master of Business Administration from INCAE Business School and has an engineering degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Americana.
