Vikas Krishna

Vikas Krishna is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in leading advanced digital transformation initiatives across various sectors. Currently at Amazon since 2020, Vikas oversees a global team responsible for developing large-scale solutions involving LLM, Mobile, Cloud, and Data/Machine Learning to enhance customer experience for Digital, Device, and Alexa services. Prior to Amazon, Vikas served as VP of Digital Transformation at ZF Group, where strategic IoT initiatives were implemented to drive business transformation for a $46B annual revenue company. Vikas also held senior roles at Ricoh, CA Technologies, and IBM, focusing on IoT, AI, and mobility solutions, and contributed to significant business impacts and innovative product developments, including the concept of ‘Smart Office as a Service’ at Ricoh. Vikas holds multiple degrees including a Bachelor's in Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology and a Master's in Computer Engineering from Syracuse University, alongside advanced business training from IBM.
