Vincent McMillon

Vincent McMillon MBA, PMP, has over 18 years of experience in various leadership and human resources roles. Notable positions include serving as the Atlanta Area Market Leader and Manager Trainer at Foot Locker from 2003 to 2015 and as a Project Coordinator/Human Resources Manager at Kroger Co. from 2017 to 2022. Currently, Vincent holds the position of HRBP II at Amazon, where responsibilities include partnering with leadership to implement HR strategies aimed at talent management, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement for over 6,000 associates. Vincent's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management and a Master’s degree in Project Management and Human Resources, both earned with Summa Cum Laude honors from Herzing University. Additionally, Vincent graduated from Morehouse College with a degree in Chemistry and completed high school at Kalamazoo Central High School.
