Vinod Dongare

Vinod Dongare has extensive experience in learning and development, having served as a Learning and Development Executive at Mahindra Logistics and Xpressbees, where responsibilities included training and developing associates, creating training content, and driving a customer-obsessed culture. Prior experience at Amazon as a Sign Language Interpreter and Learning And Development Process Associate involved training large groups, supervising operations, and implementing training and compliance audits. Vinod also held the role of GSF L&D Trainer, managing training programs across multiple sites in the Mumbai region, and worked as an Operation Manager I, overseeing day-to-day operations at a sort center.
