Vinod Dutta

Vinod Dutta is a seasoned HR professional with over 17 years of experience across diverse industries including e-commerce, logistics, pharmaceuticals, automobiles, FMCG, and textiles. They began their career as a Management Trainee in Human Resources at Vardhman Textiles before advancing through various roles at notable companies such as Nestlé and Mahindra and Mahindra Limited. Most recently, Vinod has been serving as a Senior Human Resources Manager at Amazon, holding multiple impactful positions including Senior HR Business Partner at the Amazon Fulfillment Center. They hold a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources from the University Business School at Panjab University and a degree in Economics from D.A.V. College, Chandigarh.
