Waheed Hassan

Waheed Hassan is a Senior Technical Manager and the European Food Safety Operations Manager at Amazon EMEA, where they oversee food safety programs across the EU. With extensive knowledge of food and non-food manufacturing processes, Waheed has a strong background in soft drink and beverage manufacture, along with experience in auditing to BRC and SALSA standards. Previously, they held key roles at Tesco, Princes Soft Drinks, Booths, and Asda, managing food safety and quality across various product lines. Waheed earned a BSc Hons in Chemistry from Heriot-Watt University and an MSc in Food Science from the University of Leeds.
