Walter Frye is a seasoned marketing executive with extensive experience in brand and retail marketing. Currently serving as Global Director of Amazon Brand and Retail Marketing since April 2022, Walter previously held multiple senior roles at American Express from June 2007 to April 2022, including Vice President of Global Brand Marketing, where responsibilities encompassed leading the Shop Small initiatives, brand design, multicultural strategy, and celebrity partnerships. Additional roles at American Express included Vice President of Digital and Social Content Strategy, and Vice President of Global Experiential Marketing & Entertainment Partnerships. Earlier in Walter's career, positions included agent trainee at United Talent Agency and participation in Prudential Financial's Global Leadership Development Program. Walter holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics from Yale University.
