Wei Liu

Wei Liu is a Senior Applied Scientist at Amazon AGI, where they research and apply NLP and Machine Learning techniques to tackle complex problems. They previously held roles as a Lead Machine Learning Engineer at ComplyAdvantage and Principal Data Scientist at QBE Europe, alongside experience as a Software Engineer II at Microsoft. Wei began their career as a Software Engineer at Tencent and has also worked as an NLP Developer and Research Engineer. They earned an MSc in Software Systems Technology from The University of Sheffield and a BSc in Applied Computing from Shenzhen University.
