Weichao Zhou is an applied scientist at Amazon, focusing on LLM agents, and has been involved in research on artificial intelligence and reinforcement learning. They previously worked as a postdoctoral researcher at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and contributed to driver incentive optimization as a PhD software engineering intern at Uber. Weichao completed a PhD in Computer Engineering from Boston University and holds both a master's and a bachelor's degree in Microelectronics from Fudan University. Prior to their academic pursuits, Weichao gained experience as a product engineer at Micron Technology and completed an internship at SRI International.
